Just figured I'd share the abbreviations n such that I use throughout my posts!
ASD- Autism spectrum disorder
SO - Significant other.
Bf- Boyfriend. Same as above.
irl/RL- in "real life" / "real life". Outside of the internet. face to face.
Trigger- something that "triggers" an overly emotional response OR 'triggers' an anxiety flare up. Usually related to past abuse or anxiety.
CSA - Child sexual abuse. 'Nuff said.
PTSD - Post traumatic stress disorder. I mention this a few times because I have some signs of it.
"T" - Therapist or therapy depending on context. Ie: "I love my T" - therapist. "I'm going to my T appointment"- I'm going to my therapy apppointment.
appt- appointment.
